Have fun with yoga and creative dance concepts that build strength, flexibility, creativity, focus, and self-awareness. Meet new friends as you stretch your body and your mind.
Yoga Field Trips
Private class times are available for schools, scouts, after-school programs, and birthday parties.
Scheduling
Classes run September to June. All classes are ongoing. New students are welcome at any time! The schedule of classes appears below.

Pricing for Teen Classes
- Teen classes run from September thru June.
- There is a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee for each child.
- The monthly tuition payment is based on the number of classes per school year divided into 9 monthly payments.
- Payments are due the first week of each month.
- Missed classes may be made up at a similar class within the month. Payment for missed classes is non-transferable.
- New students are accepted when space is available.
- Classes may be purchased at the drop-in rate for those unable to attend regularly. The registration fee still applies.
- A 10% discount is given to families that attend 3 or more classes/week.
- Special events for teens are priced separately.

In the event of inclement weather, we will announce any class cancellations on our message machine one hour prior to class. Please call the Studio at (603) 886-7308.
