Rosemary Todd Clough, Director
Rosemary has been teaching, exploring and creating through yoga and creative dance for over 30 years. A teacher to students of all ages, Rosemary brings a depth of experience and a playful approach to all of her classes. She holds a BS in Early Childhood Education from Tufts University, and a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certification. She is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, a Stott Pilates Teacher, and an experienced dancer. Rosemary has been on the teaching faculty of colleges, schools and nationally certified Yoga Teacher Training courses and was elected a teaching fellow at Harvard University. Rosemary is a mother of five and a grandmother.
Sandy Bothmer
Sandy has 20 years classroom teaching experience with an M.Ed. from Lesley University and is the author of Creating the Peaceable Classroom, conducting workshops on the topic. As a Reiki Master and energy practitioner, she has a private practice in energy healing working with children and adults. She is a graduate of Rosemary's first Creative Yoga and Movement for Children Teacher Training and teaches in several area preschools. She brings her experience and heart-centered approach to teaching to Moving Spirit.
Stew Campbell
Stew Campbell has been practicing Tai Chi for over 15 years. He is proficient in both the Yang style and Chen style forms of Tai Chi. He is also a competitive bicycle racer and a Certified USA Cycling Coach. He currently works as an Electrical Engineer and lives in Southern New Hampshire with his wife and two daughters.
Julie Cyr
Julie brings her love of children and her passion for yoga into all of her teaching. She has worked with preschool and special needs children for over 10 years and is certified to teach Creative Yoga and Movement to children ages 2 - 12. Julie is also a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and is certified to teach prenatal yoga. Julie has been practicing yoga for 12 years and continues to explore yoga and movement together.
Sue Gehling
Sue brings to her classes a calm presence and soothing personality. She has practiced yoga for five years and is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, and certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Sue has a background in Secondary Education and Special Education and loves to share her passion for yoga with people of all ages. She is a mother of three.
Holly Jenness
Holly is a nationally certified and NH state-licensed Massage Therapist. She is a 2006 graduate of the Kripalu School of Massage, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA. She is a Level II Advanced Reiki practitioner and also holds a BS in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire. Holly has worked in a variety of wellness and healthcare settings with both children and adults, and enjoys working with teen and adult clients individually, facilitating their path toward well-being. She is currently in practice in Merrimack, NH.
Pat Ladew
Pat brings her gentle spirit and love of yoga to her students. Pat became a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher in 2005, completing a curriculum of anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology for asana, pranayama, and meditation; yogic philosophy, professional ethics and CPR training. Pat is a freelance health care writer for the May Institute and is the mother of two grown children.
Melody Lindner
Melody discovered yoga while in recovery from a serious illness and found it to be a life-changing practice. She was amazed at yoga's ability to help her heal not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. Melody received a 200 hour certification in Kripalu yoga in early 2007, studying with Devarshi Steven Hartman and Sudha Carolyn Lundeen. Melody brings her compassionate spirit, sense of humor, and genuine love of yoga to every class. She is excited to share this transformative practice with others.
Alan Swanson
Alan supplies a sense of humor, creativity, and curiosity to explore human potential to his classes. He is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and a Phoenix Rising Yoga therapist, and has studied meditation extensively. Outside class, he works as a Process Engineer at BAE Systems in Nashua.
Michelle Wilson
Michelle is a creative dancer and artist who loves the outdoors. She has worked in a variety of educational, wilderness, and movement programs with children, including children with special needs. She designs and teaches custom yoga and dance classes for schools and other venues and facilitates adventure programs for all ages. Michelle holds a BA from Pomona College and she is a 200hr certified Creative Kids Yoga Teacher and training assistant.
